2009 Fall Fashion Trends - Animal Prints

Now that fall is here, it’s time for the new trends to merge into the light. As each season in fashion changes, trends change too, starting with the queen color, the coolest patterns and the hottest accessories.

Animal prints look young and fresh and that’s very easy to notice just by looking at Mango Fall 2009 ad campaign, featuring Scarlett Johansson. Rihanna, Kate Moss or Blake Lively from Gossip Girl proved it very well in various public apparitions.

Leopard print or zebra prints – you name it – everything will be welcomed this fall. This is a trend that really never goes away, and this season the animal print trend includes the items, color, texture and even the type of animal.

Who used animal prints on the runway?
Great designers inserted animal prints everywhere – shoes, clothes, accessories.

Betsey Johnson with her Taxi Girl Multi Layered Charm necklace or Christian Louboutin’s Miss Clichy 140 boots is just two examples.

Diane von Furstenberg’s collection also presented an animal print velvet gown, leggings, jackets and many other clothing items, while Anna Sui’s collection also included lots of prints.
