The official no-brainer for this summer.

For those young enough to carry off the high fashion look, super short tailored and cuffed shorts, higher waisted shorts and hot pants are a thought to ponder for hot summer days and nights.


But just remember, that the more informal the short, the more "formal" your legs are gonna have to look.

That means no bruises, dimples or blemishes.

However, rather wonderfully, it's officially okay to wear heels with your hotpants, lenghtening the legs and hopefully deadening any wobble.
