Former editorial assistant at Vogue and vice president for Carolina Herrera, Lauren Santo Domingo, a very uptown elegant and beautiful figure in the fashion world, has earned plenty of fans for her personal style.

She began her carrier in fashion at Vogue, as a fashion assistant and was later promoted to associate market editor. After that, she followed a PR career for furrier J. Mendel, and then had a similar position at Carolina Herrera. Nowadays, besides her occasional modeling, she's a Vogue contributing editor, one of Anna Wintour's favorite young socials, and a present figure at various events.

Lauren Santo Domingo is also well known for her wedding with very rich Colombian heir Andres Santo Domingo, their wedding was described as "the first real society wedding of the century" and took place on a private island off the coast of Cartagena. Imagine that her bridesmaids, including Tinsley Mortimer, Fabiola Beracasa, and Coco Brandolini, all wore gowns designed by different designers.

Nowadays, she's lending a show-styling hand to at least two-and-coming designers in two days, J.Mendel alum Bibhu Mohapatra and Christian Cota, Fashion Group International's 2009 Rising Star (Jason Wu was 2008's).
