Marc by Marc Jacobs Flight of Fancy Accessories
Nowadays it seems that Marc Jacobs is back to funny games, as his Marc by Marc Jacobs Flight of Fancy accessories collection for fall winter 09/10 is all about playful owls, cats, doves and mouse characters on bags, key rings, purses and pendants.
Resembling maybe to an older collection of accessories signed Marc Jacobs - back in 2002, the designer collaborated with artist Julie Verhoeven in order to create his leather and canvas patchwork Conte De Fees for Louis Vuitton.
This meant bags with monogram grey in pochette, musette and beggars, vernis pochette in owl, butterfly and frog shape, round coin case in cherry and butterfly pattern. |

Everything in this collection screams cute, rather autumnal colors, or woodland creatures. Great essences come in small packages, people say, and Marc Jacobs surely understood this, when he designed this accessory collection.
Patch-worked from different materials, Jacobs' accessories are translated into old owls, a meowing cat, a peaceful dove or a squeaking mouse. |

Shoulder bags, pouches, wristlets, leather bound mirrors - that's just a part of the Marc Jacobs 'Flight of Fancy' accessories collection, along with earring, pendants, brooches, key rings and hair pieces. |
